  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information

5. Subscription and Payment

We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

5.2 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscription fees are subject to change with notice
  • Refunds are handled according to App Store/Google Play policies

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Zai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your conversation content, but grant us a license to process and store it to provide the service.

7. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Zai is an AI system and may produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses
  • Zai is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI responses
  • Users should verify important information independently

8. Privacy

Your use of Zai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support or deleting the App.
